February 2007 – Education Committee spreads the word during Black History Month
The Education Committee was “ready, willing, and able” during Black History Month, providing services at the Morley Library in Painesville; Langston Hughes Library in Cleveland; Euclid Public Library; and the Maple Heights Library. Deborah Abbott also presented at “A Day of Exploring, Documenting and Preserving African American History” on February 24 at the Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History in Detroit, sponsored by the Wright Museum and Fred Hart Williams Genealogical Society.
