June 12-16, 2006 - Sensational Samford Conference
The Institute of Genealogy and Historical Research (IGHR) held a week-long conference in Birmingham, Alabama offering multiple and diverse courses. Course 8, “Researching African-American Ancestors” coordinated by Frazine Taylor of the Alabama Archives, was terrific! AAGS members who attended had the pleasure of widening their knowledge, as well as contacts, through this seminar that included the following presenters
