March 27, 2004 - The Education Committee explains how to prepare
for research.
At the March meeting, the Education Committee kept AAGS
members focused on the importance of paperwork by providing samples and
explaining the use of each. These included the census history form,
census comparison, cemetery record sheet, and land records-deed form,
among others. The committee also recommended recording the actions taken
in your research and, of course, distributed a note-taking form and
research calendar specifically for that purpose! Photo of Committee member L. Brown.
