Roger F. Cram is the director of special projects and community relations for Hiram College in Hiram , Ohio . He developed and teaches courses based on his years of research into the famed Tuskegee Airmen problem-solving abilities. Roger's course entitled "Modeling Future Heroes - A Practical Application of Human Values," offers the Tuskegee Airmen's remarkable methodologies for peaceful crisis management, goal reaching under stress, perseverance in overcoming obstacles, conflict-resolution, and self-leadership. The 1940's Tuskegee Airmen, being the first black military pilots in our nation, achieved unprecedented accomplishments that still remain unmatched today.
